I joined IG in January 2018 and I worked for Kristy in her role as Head of the Marketing Production team. She interviewed and recruited me initially on a 12 month contract to cover maternity leave. From my first day until her last, Kristy has shown professionalism and patience in every aspect of the role of Head of the Production team. She approaches every project with enthusiasm and energy and is always willing to ‘go the extra mile’ in order to meet deadlines and provide advice. Add to this the ability and confidence to, when necessary, ‘push back’ on unrealistic requests and deadlines. These tasks are always undertaken with a smile on her face and the sincere belief that the best possible outcome will be achieved. Kristy has always been a ‘proactive’ manager who has always stepped in to cover for teammembers absence or to help assist get projects completed within ever increasingly tight deadlines. I was constantly amazed at how many projects she could work across at any one time, all with the exceptional level of diligence and professionalism that IG came to rely upon.
